The PC will not turn on with this GPU inserted. This indicates a high probability of a short circuit somewhere in the GPU. No obvious physical damage is present on visible surfaces, but there is a significant chance of PCB damage under the backplate and/or cooler. Seller makes no warranty as to the repairability of this unit, and it is assumed that the factory warranty is no longer valid.
