One or more fans are either slow, stuck, grinding, wobbling or abnormally loud. This may affect the ability of the GPU to maintain typical operating temperatures, and may throttle or crash under load.
GPU does not display an image or otherwise appear to function, and the GPU device is present in device manager with code 43. It is not known what is causing the issue. Seller makes no warranty as to the repairability of this unit, and it is not known whether or not the factory warranty is valid.
