GPU does not display an image or otherwise appear to function, and the GPU device is not present in device manager. The fans on the card spin, but there is no display from any ports. It is not known what is causing the issue. Seller makes no warranty as to the repairability of this unit, and it is not known whether or not the factory warranty is valid.
