GPU has been tested and passes stress tests and generally works as expected when auxiliary cooling is provided to compensate for the cooler defect. Otherwise, this unit is likely overheat and/or crash unless the fan defect is corrected. We do not recommend using this item as-is without repairing/replacing the fans and/or cooler.
Fans do not spin at all when the GPU heats up. This does not appear to be caused by physical damage to the fans themselves, as they spin freely when manually flicked.
